Communities Southwest

Communities Southwest is a diversified real estate investment and development enterprise that has delivered quality projects in Arizona and Southern California for over a quarter of a century. The design of Communities Southwest is best illustrated through the simplicity of the space plan, through the selection and space layout of a new furniture system, and through the mixed use of variety of materials and finishes. KDG took elements of the carpet and brought it through other mediums. The squares on the wall are carved MDF panels in the same red as the squares in the carpet. Film was applied to the glass of each office in a square with random cut outs (clear) the same size as the squares in the carpet.
